Sabrina Brady, MC

Sabrina Brady is a Registered Psychologist with over 20 years of experience supporting people of all ages across community, forensic, post-secondary, and private practice settings. She holds a Master of Counselling from the University of Calgary and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Alberta, and is currently completing a Graduate Certificate in Sexual Health. Her clinical work is informed by advanced training in trauma, personality, sexual health, forensics, and neurodiversity, and she brings a holistic, integrative approach that draws on client-centered, emotionally focused, somatic, narrative, and mindfulness-based modalities.

Much of Sabrina's career has centered on people whose stories are easily overlooked or misunderstood. She has worked with adults, adolescents, couples, and families across a wide range of concerns, and has built a practice in areas many clinicians find difficult, including sex work, sexual offending behaviour, addiction, and crime. In 2025 she was named to Edify's Top 40 Under 40 for building spaces of acceptance and connection, recognition that reflects a conviction running throughout her work: that people thrive when they are supported rather than ostracized. That same commitment shapes how she teaches, with a steady focus on the human being behind the referral.

As an instructor with RAE Institute, Sabrina brings this perspective to neurodiversity-affirming assessment. Her assessment experience spans autism and neurodiversity, psycho-educational, forensic, and functional capacity work, and she holds professional memberships with the College of Alberta Psychologists, the Canadian Psychological Association, AASECT, ICEEFT, AFCC, and ATSA. In the classroom she models the approach the course teaches: assessment as a collaborative, accessible, and genuinely affirming process, grounded in current evidence and attentive to the people too often missed by conventional practice.
