Craig Ryan is a senior operational and program leader with more than fifteen years of progressive experience directing services, business systems, and multidisciplinary teams for organizations supporting individuals with complex care needs.

He combines graduate-level business education from Queen’s University’s Smith School of Business with deep clinical, psychological-assessment, training, and mediation expertise and an extensive understanding of government function through the lens of private agencies.
